Francesca Gold

Francesca (Frenchy) Gold has been skating for over 30 years and got her start in Pittsburgh, PA before relocating to Southern California. She is absolutely honored to be teaching on the Skate-N-Learn platform alongside skate legends and up and coming icons. As a former competitive roller figure skater, a clinical yoga therapist, and a skate teacher for over 15 years, she has developed her own style of teaching called "Skate Somatics." She offers unique and therapeutic somatic practices on and off skates with emphasis and focus on building foundational skills, methodology, alignment, execution, and one's internal experience of skating. She teaches roller skating in her local school district and in private and group class settings through @ojaiskateclub.
